Genomic Health is upgrading and enhancing security on our online ordering system. The Genomic Health Online Portal will be unavailable from 5 PM Pacific (PST) Friday, November 13th, 2015, until 1 AM PST Monday, November 16th, while software upgrades are performed.

Steps you will need to follow for initial login:
  1. You will receive an activation email notification from "Okta" with the subject line "Welcome to Genomic Health Physicians Portal!”. Upon receipt of the activation email, please follow the instructions to register and update your password and security question. You must complete the activation to ensure successful login.

    You may receive an error message if you try to login without reactivating your account. Please activate your account per the aforementioned instructions.

  2. If you use Internet Explorer (IE) as your browser, please talk to your system administrator to ensure your computer is updated to IE version 9 or above. While access this Portal will be possible with IE 8 or below, the experience may not be as smooth. Genomic Health is no longer able to support IE 8 and below: As posted on Microsoft® websites, beginning January 12, 2016, Microsoft will no longer support older versions of Internet Explorer, such as IE 8 or below, and has been recommending that their customers migrate to a supported operating system and browser combination by January 12, 2016.
